About Us
Who we are
Consedge is a boutique team with main expertise in AEC/BIM and complementary specialization in CAD/CAM/CAE for Manufacturing and Product Design. We bridge design, engineering, and technology — helping clients move from BIM services to custom digital solutions.
The name
Consedge is short for Construction Edge. An edge is three things at once. In a 3D model, it’s where two faces meet — every BIM model is built of them. In graph theory, it’s the line that connects two nodes. And in plain English, it’s the advantage that sets you apart. We work where construction meets code, we build the connections between the two — and we handle the edge cases everyone else ships around. Always one word: Consedge. Rhymes with knowledge.
What we actually do
We write software for the tools engineers already use: Revit, Tekla, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Navisworks, and the Autodesk cloud platform. Plugins, desktop applications, web platforms, integrations and the QA that keeps them alive across version releases.
We are not a general IT outsourcer. Almost everyone here came to software from construction or engineering first, which is why we tend to argue about the workflow before we agree on the architecture.
Where we came from
Consedge Tech was founded in 2021 and registered as a US company in Delaware. The engineering team is based in Europe.
Since 2021 we have shipped more than 200 tools. Our own commercial products run in production and are distributed through our own portal. We have delivered continuously for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and the EU throughout that period, without interruption — including through years when that was not a given.

How we work
Five claims, each one checkable. This section does the job a mission statement would do badly.
- 01 / 05
Senior by design
More than twenty people — engineers, QA and BIM specialists — and no management layer between you and the work. No account managers, no junior bench being billed to you. You talk to the person writing your code, every time.
- 02 / 05
We carry our own consequences
We maintain commercial products of our own, which means we live with our architecture decisions for years rather than weeks. It is a different discipline from building something and moving on.
- 03 / 05
We say what we think
If your project should be smaller, built differently, or not built at all, you will hear it in week one rather than month six. We would rather lose the scope than deliver something that quietly fails.
- 04 / 05
Fixed scope, fixed price
We estimate work by type, not by hours of seniority, and we quote single prices rather than ranges. Open-ended time and materials tends to reward the wrong things.
- 05 / 05
Everything in writing first
Intellectual property terms, confidentiality and scope are agreed before development starts. A countersigned mutual NDA precedes any access to your repositories or model data, without exception.
Who we work with
Software companies and consultancies
- Who need AEC domain depth under their own brand.
Architecture, engineering and construction firms
- With workflows that no off-the-shelf tool covers.
Product companies and startups
- That need a fractional BIM engineering team from MVP through release cycles.
What is deliberately not on this page
No fictional team structure
KB v2 §13: no HR department, no separate Product Owner role, no layered management. The org chart stays unpopulated.
No individual team photos
A wall of faces is strong proof; it is also a decision that belongs to the people in it.
No mission statement
How we work does that job with claims that can be checked.
No mention of adjacent ventures
KB v2 §14.
From prototype to production
AI made prototypes cheap. We make them ship.
A Feasibility Review is a 30-minute technical session with the engineers who would build it, followed by a written verdict: what the API actually allows, where it will break at scale, and what production costs. No obligation to proceed.
